Reuters Publishes Hit Piece Against Alternative Video Platforms Competing with YouTube

Reuters, the mainstream media entity that sets the corporate news agenda worldwide, published a hit piece targeting alternative video platforms like Odysee, Rumble and BitChute for “serving up conspiracies, racism and graphic violence to millions of viewers.”

“As their viewership has surged since 2019, they have cultivated a devoted audience of mostly younger men, according to data from digital intelligence firm Similarweb,” Reuters noted in their report.

Reuters pointed specifically to BitChute hosting videos detailing the election fraud that occurred in the 2020 presidential election. This is harmful, according to Reuters, because some corrupt election officials have complained and played the victim over supposed threats they received from concerned citizens enraged after these corrupt officials looked the other way and allowed the election to be stolen.
