YouTube has become the world's largest media company, surpassing Disney, after it raked in over $60 billion last year.
Financial research firm MoffettNathanson reported Monday that the media company has raised over $62 billion in revenue in 2025, beating out the Walt Disney Co.’s media business, which generated $60.9 billion last year.
The majority of YouTube's income comes from its advertising deals, which brought in over $40 billion last year, but its subscription business has over 10 million subscribers, which also added to the total.
