Amazon's web hosting subsidiary, AWS, appears to have suffered a major outage on Tuesday morning.
Reports on the website Down Detector indicate widespread issues with AWS, which caused ripple effects to services like Netflix and Disney Plus which depend on AWS servers to operate.
The company said it's "investigating increased error rates for the AWS Management Console," according to the AWS status page.
Beyond Netflix and Disney Plus, the outage is causing major issues for Amazon's Ring smart home systems, Alexa speakers, and Prime music and video streaming services.
